It is now a legal obligation on all landlords to have the gas appliances in rented property’s checked on an annual basis.

If you are buying a new house and are unsure about the age, condition or safety of the gas appliances in the property, we offer a house buyer check, giving our customers peace of mind.

Gas safety checks incorporate the following;

• Checks for gas leaks 
• Checks for fumes and carbon monoxide
• Checks combustion on boilers using a flue gas analyser
(where access to the flue is practicable and safe)
